Between The Trees

A four-day indie-folk and nature festival set in a 100-acre woodland near Merthyr Mawr is set to return this August bank holiday, offering a blend of live music, environmental talks and hands-on workshops. The event will feature more than 50 artists from the UK, Europe and the US, alongside speakers from science and conservation, and a programme of crafts, wellness sessions and family-friendly activities. With its 2025 theme, “The Elements,” organisers promise a mix of folklore, sustainability and creative exploration, all within the secluded setting of Candleston Woods, where limited phone signal encourages visitors to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature
