BDi Music has signed artist and songwriter Paige Bea to an exclusive worldwide publishing deal.
Paige Bea is a London-born musician, songwriter, DJ and emerging producer. Originally trained as an opera singer, she pivoted to study Russian, later working as a journalist reporting from Moscow, Kyiv and Reykjavík – experiences that sharpened both her musical ear and her storytelling voice.
Today, she releases electronic pop and toplines for artists and DJs across the alternative pop and dance space, blending her classical training with a love for experimental club and pop music.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Charli xcx, Caroline Polachek, Shygirl and Imogen Heap, Bea has independently released three EPs since 2019, earning over 100,000 streams alongside consistent support from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon editorial playlists and multiple plays on BBC Radio 1’s Future Artists with Jack Saunders and Power Down with Sian Eleri.
Described by Line of Best Fit as “an artist without compromise or saturation,” Bea’s third EP Flutters was written in Berlin with long-time collaborator Gabriel Gifford (BODUR, Harvey Causon, August Charles), and arrived via DMY Artists with support from Help Musicians’ highly competitive Record And Release fund.
Over the past year, Bea has built her profile as both a live performer and a DJ, supporting queer-pop icon Tsatsamis and Italian synth artist Maria Chiara Argirò, while selling out her own headline show at The Lower Third.
As a DJ, she has shared stages with Danish pop star MØ and British newcomers Elphi, Crybaby and DRIIA, while holding down a residency at London’s Pop Never Dies.
Bea has recently toplined and featured for rising electronic artists like Dejector and Trutopia, while regularly collaborating with Jacana People, Dan Rothman (London Grammar), Darkstar, Kiskadee and CHANEY.
She is currently working on her next solo project.
