London / Los Angeles, 9th March 2023 First Artists Management (FAM)—the international talent agency representing award-winning composers, music supervisors, and music editors for film, television, and video games—has announced its expansion with the hiring of Zoe Hart as Agent in its European office based in London, the promotion of Hailey Flame to Agent as part of its Los Angeles team, and the strengthening of its talent roster with a number of new signings providing a full music department.

Founded in Los Angeles in 2003, FAM has remained independent and family-owned, with the European office in London set up by industry veteran Duff in 2019 to provide a full transatlantic service for its clients –the first below-the-line music-focused agency to do so. in 2021, FAM expanded with the launch of its record label First Artists Recordings. In the summer of 2022 FAM UK launched the inaugural Composer Assistant and Mentor Programme (C.A.M.P.) to help create opportunities for young music creators from underrepresented groups. Through the C.A.M.P. programme, FAM discovered and signed composer Jamal Green, who has since been selected as the only composer on the 2023 BAFTA Breakthrough cohort.
Zoe Hart, Agent at First Artists Management, says: “FAM’s roster is impressive and the executive team is brilliant. I was already a fan of many of the composers, so I’m excited to be contributing to the development and elevation of their careers at an agency with such passion, energy and ambition.”
Hailey Flame, Agent at First Artists Management, comments: “It’s an honour to be an integral part of our clients’ careers. Working hard and fighting for them every day to reach the next level is extremely rewarding.”
Alexander Vangelos, Agent and US Operations head at First Artists Management adds: “As First Artists Management continues to build our worldwide roster of established and up-and-coming talent, it’s important that they are complemented by the best executive talent. With Hailey established in her new role, as well as the addition of Zoe’s expertise on the other side of the pond, we’re thrilled to be boosting our transatlantic business through the growth of our team.
“We are in the best position in our company’s history to support and deliver opportunities for our stellar composer, music supervisor and music editor clients.”
