IMPF statement on UK's Industry Agreement on Music Streaming Metadata

Brussels, 2nd June 2023 The IMPF has release the following statement on the UK Intellectual Property Office’s recently published ‘Industry Agreement on Music Streaming Metadata:

“IMPF has been a part of ongoing global efforts to promote better metadata and credits, to make sure music creators are remunerated promptly and fully. We hope that the UK’s ‘Industry Agreement on Music Streaming Metadata’ will translate to meaningful action that sees stakeholders across our industry work more closely to create a fairer music value chain for all.”
