Noctil appoints Fiona Ham as VP, Metadata Partnerships to strengthen global infrastructure and deliver cleaner data for all rightsholders

McLean, VA, USA, 18th September 2025 Noctil, the leading no-code metadata platform for the music and audiovisual industries, has announced the appointment of Fiona Ham as Vice President of Metadata Partnerships.

Ham’s appointment underscores Noctil’s commitment to building robust metadata infrastructure across the entire music ecosystem. Her role will focus on helping rightsholders – from global labels and publishers to PROs and independent creators – resolve metadata conflicts, accelerate royalty payments, and unlock the full value of their catalogs.

In her new role, Ham will lead global metadata partnership strategy and drive solutions for unregistered and incomplete catalogs, ensuring assets are properly documented, credited, and monetized. Her leadership will support discoverability and revenue growth across traditional, digital, and live music markets.

Alongside this, Ham will also spearhead new applications of Music Recognition Technology (MRT), starting with DJ and live event initiatives in Canada.

This hire also marks the beginning of a partnership between Noctil and Ham’s consultancy, HAUSOFHAM, providing clients across genres – including electronic, underground, and independent rightsholders –  access to Noctil’s platform to enrich and manage their metadata.
